What is caffeine?
Caffeine is a stimulant that speeds up the functioning of the nervous system. Its psychotropic effects (neurobiological mechanisms of the brain which limit disorders and dysfunctions of psychic activity) and diuretic (promotes the elimination of sodium, to reduce the risk of hypernatremia ) make it an excellent stimulant.
